Inspired by their South London community, voted for by the girls and paying tribute to one of Brixton’s most celebrated icons, the Bowie kit connects the Girls United to their roots and raises awareness around the barriers faced by girls and young women in sport.

In addition to designing the kit and a bespoke typeface and numbering system I created a suite of social media and promotional assets to launch and promote the kit. My goal is to collaborate with people who believe that the design can be used a force for good and it was a pleasure to work with Girls United on this project. As an organisation they share my values and I was delighted to help support the incredibly inspiring and genuinely meaningful work that they do.
